Annie Murphy (n e Anne Frances Murphy) was born on December 19th, 1986. Her nationality is Canadian but she is based in Hollywood. The most well-known role she has played is Alexis Rose, a CBC television sitcom series Schitt's Creek. The show began in the year 2015 before ending in the year 2020. Her performance received high praise from critics and received an award called the Primetime Emmy Award. Her birthplace was Ottawa Ontario Canada. She is the mother of two teachers. Elmwood School Ottawa was where she began performing on stage. Then she enrolled in Concordia University, where her diploma was in theatre performance. The Canadian Film Centre Actor's Conservatory is where she took her acting classes. When she was 22, she moved her family to Los Angeles where acting became her profession. In 2007 Annie Murphy started off her acting career and was first seen in a thriller-style crime film Lethal Obsession. She went on to perform minor roles and even more in several films. Some of her films are very acclamated and include Story of Jen from 2008 Lick (2010) and A Windigo Tale. Additionally she appeared in Canadian television series such as Good God' aired in the year 2012 Rookie Blue which was aired in the same year. She seems to be able to take on several characters. Annie had to struggle at first to establish herself as an actor. It was also a struggle to demonstrate her skills and earn recognition. Furthermore, her stellar performances have made that she was the most popular actress in the entertainment and film industry.
